Madeline is a wife, mom of two with a third baby on the way and founder and Head Trainer of MOVES APP. Madeline holds a B.S. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and is a certified personal trainer, including pre and postnatal training. As a former college athlete, Physical Education teacher, soccer coach, and marathoner, Madeline understands the power of community and appreciates movement in all forms. She discovered that for many, the missing link in effective training is aligning specific goals with science-backed methods while maintaining an environment that sustains consistency and enjoyment.
