Samara is a Macro Coach and has been a vegetarian for over 20 years, and has learned how to properly nourish her body on a plant-forward diet through a lot of trial and error. She now shares what she has learned along the way to those wanting to feel their absolute best while being plant-based.
Samara loves educating people on the options of plant-based proteins. She feels people just equate protein with meat, and giving them more variety in their options really makes getting high protein goals less overwhelming. Her goal is not trying to convince people to become plant-based, but with all the evidence of fiber and plant diversity being so good for us, her hope is that more people will understand the abundance of options available and be more open to incorporating more plant-based proteins and foods.
