Jamie is a 41 year old teacher living in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, twin 17-year-old bonus kids, and 2 dogs. She has struggled with her relationship with food and exercise for most of her life. She has gone through many nutrition and fitness phases with ups and downs. In 2023, she was introduced to the idea of macro counting and while normally she has a difficult time with change, she decided she needed a new mindset if she wanted the toned body she’d been wanting. As a result, she worked with Dani and her team to teach her all things macros and decided to trust the process. The past 8 months have been transformative in terms of her outlook on food, fitness, lifestyle, habits, and her overall confidence with her body.
