After spending years chronic dieting, jumping from one to the next, and spending hours a day trying to close all the rings on my Apple Watch, I finally discovered a BETTER way....one that actually worked (maybe, IDK, because there was SCIENCE behind it?!)....Macros. 

Since my journey to food freedom and body transformation, I've made it my mission to empower other women to do the same. 

After coaching over 1,300+ women through body transformation journeys of their own, using the science-based approach of macronutrients and my framework for building habits that support results, I've thoughtfully developed a group program that marries my education, community and accountability into one...to support YOU where you are!

The app is where everything for the program lives—your macros, habit tracking, workouts, progress tracking, and community.

You’ll use it daily to log your food, track your habits, check off workouts, and stay accountable. It keeps everything in one place so you don’t have to guess what to do or bounce between multiple tools.

This is also where you can access the community to ask questions, share results and connect with other women! 

Absolutely not! That’s what this program is for. Whether you’re an absolute beginner, you’re a seasoned vet looking for accountability and guidance (or somewhere in between), this program is for you.

These calls are for YOU. It's your time to ask me questions, get feedback on your progress, understand biofeedback and how to make adjustments when needed...everything is on the table. 

There will be 3 calls throughout our 6 weeks together, in weeks 1, week 3 and week 6. These take place at 4pm PST/7pm EST beginning on 4/30/26 and will be 60 minutes.

YES! All calls will be recorded and shared within 24 hours, so if you can't join live, you can catch the replay! 

This challenge does not include direct 1:1 coaching, however I will answer your questions live on our weekly calls & in the community. If you are a VIP client, you do get 2 check-in's with me!
